Certifications at the Top

Are certifications important to career advancement? Apparently not. Few senior-level IT execs hold any certification at all.

~70% of all CTOs hold NO certification
~80% of all CIOs hold NO certification
~70% of all IT managers hold NO certification

Does Education affect salaries?

Most managers do not consider education to be the top factor in setting staff salaries.
